Partnership with Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) youth and WIOA Title II adult programs could build community college on-ramps for individuals with barriers to education and employment. This partnership could also help participants access additional supports such as active advising and career navigation.

Leveraging structures, requirements, and resources of the Carl D. Perkins Act, California Partnership Academies, and Regional Occupations Centers and Programs could also strengthen this initiative’s design, and build scale and sustainability.
