California Dream Loan Program

Updated December 2016

This financial aid initiative of the State of California and Universities of California allows eligible undocumented students to borrow state loans that help cover the cost of attending a University of California or California State University. California Dream loan aid can be accessed by students who meet the requirements of AB540, exempting them from paying non-resident tuition.
